(Off Hwy 63, take the first exit (Bass Pro Dr/Vandiver Dr.) north of the I-70 & Hwy 63 junction; from the stop sign, go west/northwest past the back side of Menards to the Hilton driveway, enter driveway, then go right for the Conference Center, watch for signs)

About 3000 lots, including jewelry, rings, necklaces, brooches, bracelets, stamps, watches, gold coins & silver coins, foreign coins, paper money, tableware & more. See catalog ~ Will sell in the order of the catalog.

The first day will be mainly jewelry etc. and the second day will be the coins.  We may sell the foreign coins and foreign currency on the first day.  We stop when Mr. Harper tells us to and then start at 9:00 the next morning.  Items may be viewed all day until the showcase goes to the auction block.  Items being sold will be displayed on a large screen TV and then taken to the check-out area.  After a bidder has paid for their purchases, he/she will then go to the check out station to receive their items.

All items sold “as is, where is”.  Treasurer Schmitt, the State of Missouri and the auctioneer make no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the condition of the article offered for sale.  There is no guarantee for any dates, markings, items counts or authenticity of any item.

TERMS: Photo ID Required; CASH OR CASHIER’S CHECK ~ PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS ACCEPTED ONLY WITH BANK LETTER OF CREDIT (no exceptions). CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED, FEE CHG ~ SALES TAX COLLECTED. See catalog for terms/rules.

Dealer must present a copy of their state sales tax license to be exempt.  If you don’t have that with you, then you must pay sales tax.

Announcements day of auction take precedence over all advertising.  See catalog.
